Breitbart News has learned that the Health Care Law passed by Congress this week will make sure that people with terminal cancer can still afford to buy coverage through the exchanges established under the ACA.
This comes on the heels of reports that people who have cancer and/or had a pre-existing condition will be able to purchase insurance on the Obamacare exchanges through the end of March.
The law also includes provisions that will allow insurers to sell insurance across state lines, as well as provide coverage for people who lose their jobs or other income.
The Health Care Bill will also include a provision that will prevent a person from receiving a tax credit if they purchase insurance across the state lines.
This provision, known as the Cadillac Tax Credit, is currently available to people who purchase coverage on state-run health exchanges.
In the law, the government will also be able use its money to fund the expansion of Medicaid, which has been plagued by budget cuts and enrollment woes.
This bill also contains a number of provisions that provide funding for the expansion and expansion of the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP), which is an expansion of Obamacare’s Children’s health insurance program, or CHIP.
The bill also includes a provision called the Health Equity and Opportunity Reconciliation Act that will expand access to health care for those who are eligible for the Affordable Care Act’s federal subsidies.
All of these provisions will go into effect on March 15, 2021.
